Flower Pilates and Gyrotonic Studio

Flower Pilates and Gyrotonic Studio serves to inspire students to discover the strength and healing power of exercise. Every class is designed by Studio head coach cum serving Hong Kong bodybuilding team member, who combines the essential elements of bodybuilding and rehabilitation Pilates to train muscle endurance and control, sense of balance, core strengthen, body flexibility, elegant posture, mental well-being, and cardiovascular function in a systematic and comprehensive approach. Gyrotonic® group classes are also provided to increase the range of motion in joints and spine, as well as to improve exercise efficiency with specialised equipment. All classes are suitable for all ages, body builds and fitness levels including seniors, pregnant women, and those with spinal issues or who need rehabilitation.
